These are much smaller than traditional Hash Browns, unlocking the night-time snacking occasion and allowing for greater portion control with less waste. Perfect by itself as a snack with dipping sauce, as a side with a breakfast bagel, in Shashuka instead of toast, loaded with guacamole or in a buffet breakfast Bain Marie where portion control is key to reducing waste.
